The Maconi Setup Shop, or MSS for short, began as a one-man operation, where Founder/Owner Jeff Maconi would build setups every week to compete in the SK and Tour Modified points championships. Over time, these setups gradually improved, and expanded to the Late Models and Super Late Models. The Maconi Setup Shop was one of the first setup shops on the iRacing platform, and remains a leading name in quality, affordability, and professionalism.

In 2020, we decided to expand operations, and begin selling the exact setups that have served us so well, especially after a stellar end to the 2019 Season 4 championship, where Jeff had the most wins, top fives, laps turned, and laps led of all of the competitors in the Tour Modifieds, without having the most starts in the series. This was followed up with more success in seasons 1 and 2 of 2020, where these setups finished 12th in the Tour Modified Standings, 20th in the SK Modifieds, and top 65 in both the Late Models and Super Late Models.

With the increase in success, and rapid growth of the company, the staff expanded to meet our customer's needs. Our staff now consists of a group of some of the best known, and most talented, names in the business. Our team of builders and coaches, including professional drivers across all four license classes on iRacing and champions at the top level of virtual racing, works hard to help our customers hit the track with confidence!

Entering 2021, the Maconi Setup Shop made the bold and unprecedented to solidify itself as a government-recognized and regulated company, by forming itself as Maconi Setup Shop LLC. This move assures customers that they are purchasing the highest quality products from a legitimate source, that will not disappear suddenly due to a lack of accountability. When doing business with a real business, you are working with a group that is held liable for their actions and products! Non-companies are not held to this standard, and offer no guarantees of quality or longevity.

This commitment to quality and legitimacy allowed Maconi Setup Shop LLC to partner with the NASCAR-owned Richmond Raceway eSports team for the entirety of the 2021 Coca Cola iRacing Series, which fields the 46 and 90 of Jimmy Mullis and Zack Novak. With this partnership, Maconi Setup Shop LLC is the Official Setup Shop of Richmond Raceway eSports!

For 2022, Maconi Setup Shop LLC continued to grow, eventually turning into a full-time operation and numerous high-level partnerships and an investment into the company that appointed Founder Jeff Maconi as President of the company. Maconi Setup Shop LLC would also partner with the legendary Jr. Motorsports organization, owned by Dale Earnhardt Jr., as well as employ and sponsor five drivers in the eNASCAR Coca Cola iRacing Series.

Maconi Entertainment LLC was founded in 2022 as part of Maconi Setup Shop's continued growth, and employs the top iRacing broadcasters and producers on the service to bring racing action to life at the highest quality publicly available. Many of the staff at Maconi Entertainment are also employed by iRacing, and help bring those events to hundreds of thousands of viewers around the world!

The Maconi Setup Shop has also been contracted by numerous companies and tracks to build setups for their virtual events, including Stafford Motor Speedway, Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, Speed51.com, and more. Our commitment to providing high-quality setups at an affordable price has remained since our founding, and drives the company to this day.

At the Maconi Setup Shop, they may be our setups, but they are YOUR victories. We strive to build a personal relationship with each and every customer, and have an open door when it comes to communication. Q: What Are These Setups?
A: These setups are custom-built for each of the cars that they are provided for. They are NOT what you will get elsewhere. Our goal is to make you a car that is competitive for wins, and are built with the knowledge gained from our wide array of experiences at the top level of simulated racing!

Q: What Sets Maconi Setup Shop Apart?
A: While there are many places that provide setups for iRacing, few of them provide the customers with 1-on-1 interaction with the builder of the setup. We are available day and night, and can often be found in the official sessions that these setups are built for. We're racers at heart, and are accessible to our customers. The MSS staff was carefully selected and hired for their unique skills, and as a team, we are able to take on anything that comes our way!

Q: How do I download the setups if I order a subscription?
A: If you have purchased a subscription, simply head over to the Downloads page on our website, and click the folder that matches the subscription you purchased! From there, you will be able to download the files that are part of your subscription, and hit the track with confidence. You can also use the Maconi Setup Shop File Manager program, available at the top of the Downloads page, which will automatically extract and sort the setups for you! Please see the video at the top of this page for more information.

Q: How Do I Get The Setups?
A: Once you purchase a setup, you will be immediately emailed a link to download your setups. Simply download the file, and save it to the following file path: Documents-->iRacing-->Setups-->(Car Name). Once that is done, open up iRacing, and get started! NOTE: Setups will NOT work on any car other than the one they are built for. For example, a Stafford Late Model setup will NOT work for a Super Late Model, or vice-versa. The same holds true for the modifieds. HOWEVER, differences in manufacturers DOES NOT MATTER: a Texas setup for a Chevrolet truck WILL work in a Toyota or Ford with NO ISSUES whatsoever, since the physics of all these cars is EXACTLY the same.
